  SHIPPING & RETURNS  

SHIPPING POLICY

We commit to have all orders ready for collection as quickly as we can. Items that are physically in stock can be collected or couriered as soon as payment has cleared in our account.

Any product that needs to be manufactured or ordered from a supplier can take longer. This will be communicated when we process your order and we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date and or any changes to that.

 

Couriers and collection​

In the case that the customer requires a courier to collect the items purchased, the customer will arrange the courier and supply us with the relevant information to hand the items over to the courier.

Ownership and risk will pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the couriers and DouxTechnologies SA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss.

We can arrange a courier and insurance, should the customer not be able to do so. Any courier and insurance costs will be calculated and indicated on your quotation and final invoice. Ownership and risk will pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier and DouxTechnologies SA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss. Should any damage or loss occur while goods are in transit, and the customer selected insurance, the onus will be on the customer to deal with the courier company in order to finalize the claim. We will assist in any way we can but it will not be our responsibility to sort out any insurance claims.

Couriers companies operate in their own right and DouxTechnologies SA cannot be held liable for their delivery service, damage or loss.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At DouxTechnologies SA we strive to give you the best product adhering to our very high standards of manufacturing. All manufacturing are with extreme accuracy, high standards and will be tested thoroughly before  cleared to go out to any customer.

Should you have any manufacture fault, we will take the product back and replace or pass credit once product has been inspected and the fault has been confirmed. Any other issues should be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt.

​

Any product supplied, but not manufactured by DouxTechnologies SA will be handled within that manufacturer and suppliers returns and exchange policies. DouxTechnologies SA do not take any responsibility for any manufacturers fault on their products. These products will be visually inspected and cleared to the customer. If the customer accepts the goods agree that they are happy with the goods, DouxTechnologies SA can not be held responsible for any issue on these products, however we will do our utmost best to assist you to sort out any problem with the supplier or manufacturer of the product purchased within their policies in our strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.
